Act of 21 February 2019 amending certain acts in connection with the application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) introduced changes to Article 28c of the Detective Services Act of July 6, 2001. (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 12, item 110).

Article 28 c of this Act states that for the processing of personal data collected in the course of performing activities referred to in art. 2 para. 1, the provisions of art. 13 para. 1 and 2 and art. 15 para. 1 lit. a, cig Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (OJ L 119, 04/05/2016, p. 1, as amended 42).
